I know most people absolutely hate getting phone calls from people they don’t know, usually at dinner or some other equally inconvenient time. The fact is that while telemarketing lists are annoying, they do work. For all the rejects there will be a few who listen and make a financial commitment. I sell or rent these lists to people who consider this a legitimate form of advertising. Some have made enough positive contacts to be willing to invest a lot of their advertising in these lists. I’m just a middleman trying to make a little money too. I like paying my bills like everybody else.
