It Seems to Have Worked
If there is one scenario that would be a nightmare for me, it is finding out that I have a drug problem in my workplace. That is why I require my employees to take at least two training sessions a year aimed at the prevention of drug abuse. I have them created by a training video production company, and they are different every time. I always make sure that they are humorous, yet still show the seriousness of such a situation and the effects it could have on our company. So far, it seems to have worked, because there is no evidence of substance abuse among any of my employees.
