Diet Is Not A Four Letter Word
The word “diet” tends to turn people off, because it brings to mind starving one’s self or eating one tasteless meal after another. It doesn’t have to be that way. A diet done correctly provides plenty of food, plenty of tasty options and plenty of positive noticeable results. For example, a piece of fruit, any fruit one likes, is a simple and flavourful ingredient of healthy diet. A decent number of foods offer fat free and low calorie choices that are just as delicious and filling as the regular options. Instead of allowing the diet to get boring, change the menu, try new recipes, or mix up the shopping list a bit. There are endless possibilities. Also, there is nothing wrong with a once in a while indulgence. As it is with most things, variety and moderation are the keys to success when dieting. Dieting, when done right, is painless.
