Last Thursday, my sister, Kathy, stopped at my house. While we were talking, Kathy, told me that she had applied for some jobs with some child care programs. Kathy said that she really wanted to get a job where she could take her two year old daughter to work. I was surprised when Kathy told me that she would be able to take her daughter to all of the places where she had applied to work. I decided to get a Pinocchio Costume one day because I was casting around on the iternet and I was a bit bored. I saw the costume and decided it looked like fun.I have always enjoyed dressing up and I wanted to try something a little different. Anyway, I bought the Pinocchio costume and put it on the same morning it was delivered. As soon as I had slipped it on I went down to my local coffee shop and ordered coffee and bagels – all the while pretending nothing was amiss. To thecredit of Joe, the shop owner, he never missed a beat and even asked if my friend Jiminy Cricket would like anything bought out to him. I continued to wearthe costume for the rest of the day (it was the weekend so I didn’t have to go to work). It was a brilliant day, although a little strange.
