I just got hired in the HR department for a very large law firm. I am excited to start this new job, tomorrow. The first thing I will need to learn is their HR Strategy. I have found that these policies differ greatly from one company to another. The last company, I worked at, felt that they could get away with paying lower salaries if they just dealt with a higher turnover rate. I never really liked that strategy. I don’t think this is the way of my new company. I hope they really care about their employees and retaining them.

I have a few friends who recently moved from California to Missouri.  They are fairly normal looking themselves, but their kids completely fit the stereotypical image of a California surfer.  Their son is especially good looking, and he always wears these STYLISH HATS FOR LITTLE BOYS that my son would simply look funny in.  The California kid spent the night recently and he was insistent that he go to sleep while still wearing his hat.  I thought it was kind of strange, but then again, so is California.  The next night, my son was begging me to wear a hat to bed.  It just doesn’t have the same effect.

Making a living in the sales business is no easy task.  One minute you’re up, the next minute you’re down, and everything you do depends solely on your own efforts.  When times are good, they can be great; however, when times are bad, it can be downright awful.  The current recession has left many of us in sales scratching our heads looking for some other answers.  One way I’ve found to raise some quick cash is to sell gold for cash.  Gold is in high demand and you can get a great price for your unused jewelry.  It’s not the perfect scenario, but it’s better than nothing.

If there’s one thing that I always make sure of, it’s that I’m hiring the right people. Anyone can claim to be someone they’re not, but with free public criminal records I can make sure that they are who they say they are. So far, I’ve never run across anyone that had a criminal record, but it’s nice to know that I have the ability to check beforehand, that way I can ensure that my business, and the people that work for me, stay safe. And the fact that I can get this information for free makes it even more worthwhile!

Summer is one of my favorite seasons of the year.  Last year I was pregnant and found some great fashion dresses to wear while I waited for my precious baby girl.  This year, the Summer Maternity Wear that is making a big splash makes me wish I was still pregnant.  I love the ruffles, the necklines and the way these new maternity dresses flutter and flatter around the “baby body”.  Lighter than air material and wrap around style dresses are making maternity fashions more desirable and comfortable than ever.  Don’t get me started on the great swimwear, shorts and pants in maternity fashion this year!

I hate that it has even come to this but the guy that I am dating claims that he is divorced from his wife but there are certain things that he is saying and doing that make me question him. Are divorces and marriages public information that anyone can find out about? More specifically can I look up free divorce records without him becoming suspicious. Can I look up this information as an anonymous yet very interested person? I want to do whatever I can to find out before I go accusing him of something that may not even be true.

Every morning, I get out of bed and head into the kitchen for coffee. Then I sit down and relax with my laptop. I always go to the Charleston SC Blogs web site and read about what people are talking about. I enjoy the different political views and I have been knows to share my thoughts on the issues too. I think that it is important that we speak up about things that are important to us. This is our world and if we do not say what is on our mind, we cannot fault the politicians for not listening. I think most people would agree with that.

I have been working with tools since I was a little boy in my Dad’s shop. I know that there are a lot of people who have been asking me what I use lately, and I have told all of them that I use Dremel Power Tools. Those are my favorite by far. If I just take the time to really look into which ones I like and why, I will know and be able to give an answer to anyone who asks me. I have just been using these tools for a long time, so I know which ones are the best.

If you are a single parent; you ll understand that you don t have much time for a social life with everything that you have going on all the time; but this isn t the way you want it to be. Sure; I definitely want to have someone in my life that I can fall in love with; but I had wondered how I was supposed to ever meet a guy; much less go out on a date with him. Then I was introduced to online single parents dating; a great site where I can find other single parents on the web and get to know them. Soon I ll be going on a date for the first time in a long time; and I m excited about what online single parents dating (singleparent) is doing for me.
