Palma was already going nuts yesterday. She had to open her Facebook account for business reasons. She wished her client just ordered via mail because she hadn’t opened her account for years and now she’s been in front of the monitor typing and guessing passwords. She tried recovering it but it just made things worse, so finally she asked help from the facebook help team. Palma was grateful with those guys, they helped her. But after getting through her account, Palma just decided to create a new Facebook account and promised to take note of her password from then – she wouldn’t get headaches just because she forgot. Palma took off and told her client about it too, she had given Palma a big hassle that day.
