My Brother-in-Law Took Out a Loan Recently for His Legal Fees
My brother-in-law Ned was in an accident recently and decided to file suit against the driver who clearly was at fault. Since the other driver was insurance, it was my brother-in-law against an insurance company. He decided to take out a lawsuit loan so that he had all the money he needed during the case since he was unable to work because of his injuries. Even though he won his case, what impressed him about the loan is he had no risk involved because had he of lost, he would not have owed the loan company anything, which was added piece of mind.
