Prepare Japanese Cucumber Salad
In a pan heat the vegetable oil to Prepare Japanese Cucumber Salad. Chop and fry until golden brown onion, then add chopped garlic and fry for a few seconds, then put diced zucchini, carrots, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, mix well. When vegetables are almost ready, add all spices, salt to taste and dotushit under the lid until ready.
If you are not fond of spicy dishes, the amount of curry and ginger can be reduced (put to taste).This dish can be eaten with pasta, rice or bread, or serve as an accompaniment to any roast or boiled meat. Carrot Wash, peel and finely chop or grate on large grater. Banana peel and cut crosswise into thin slices.
