Force Factor

We placed Veronica on a low-carbohydrate diet because of her blood sugar instability and her overweight. When she lost fifteen pounds, she was put on unlimited use of allowable low-carbohydrate vegetables and one cup of those starchy foods that she did not react to on her allergy test by Force Factor. Interestingly, a recent study has shown that PMS patients ate more refined sugar, refined carbohydrates, and dairy products than women who did not suffer from PMS. The study also found that nutritional factors such as the B vitamins, zinc, manganese, and iron may play an important role in the cause of PMS.
