Keeping Bathroom Linen Fresh and Lint-Free
There’s nothing a lot more frustrating than utilizing new bathroom linen and getting ourselves covered in lint; and absolutely nothing more awful than sour-smelling towels.
Thankfully, there are techniques for us to maintain our towels fresh-smelling and lint-free; and these are simple enough steps that will be easily accomplished.
To have lint out of new bath towels, we could tumble dry the towel; taking care not to use heated cycle since the heat might even get the lint stuck to the bath towel.
Once the cycle is done, we can check for more lint and repeat the process if necessary.
To take away the sour smell from towels, we can soak the towels in hot water mixed with about three cups of baking soda and leave them overnight.
We can then continue to wash the towels in the morning, using a bleach-free laundry powder then add a cup of white vinegar to the water for rinsing.
