Xowii Training Part 2

Another really big problem that I see are those reps who recruit 3-5 distributors then smother those same reps with time and resources enough where that representative has been turned off on the business.The “Light Bulb Moment” that I really want you to take away from this article is that when you’re training your new Xowii team members there needs to be a solid mix of personal production and team development or you can forget about sipping margaritas on the beach of Costa Rica.It’s very important to bear in mind that your team will do not as you say, but what YOU DO. If your not producing results on a personal basis then how could you expect others on your team to produce?
