Making Some Rules for the Car

My sons have been working for several weeks and they are doing a very good job of saving their money. They are twins, and they want to together purchase a car by the end of the summer. They have decided to go in on the car together instead of each trying to buy one. They said that they will split the costs, including the Auto Insurance In GA, fifty-fifty. They also said that if they are both taking the car that they will split the gas costs. If one of them takes it he will fill it up when he is done.
