The Grateful Contractor
I was building a house one time when one of my workers accidentally kicked out on of the supports and made part of the house collapse. I am just glad that no one was hurt, but we had to replace a significant amount of the building materials. We went and bought replacement supplies and started working again. I called my insurance company to see if there was anything they could do because I had Contractors Insurance. They said they were able to reimburse me for most of the cost of the supplies. This surprised me, but I was very grateful for their willingness to work with me.
