When it came time for me to relocate for a new job, I thought that I would just purchase another house in a new location; however, this did not turn out to be the case. With the help of a local real estate agent, I not only toured many houses, but also a few condos. I took a liking to the condos because of their community feel and low maintenance. Mowing lawns was never a job I liked, but in my new condo, there is a company that does yard work for the complex. The nominal monthly fees are worth every penny.
