Hands-on Training from Chiropractic Schools
Hands-on training is very important in order to identify strengths and weaknesses of the students before they get into the real work. All chiropractic schools are providing hands-on training such as the on-the-job training that most students have experienced. Normally, Chiropractic programs from several schools will have at least 1 year clinical training where they will do the actual treating of patients. These clinical trainings will be supervised since the supervisor will also be the one to evaluate the performance together with the professor. The result of the evaluation will be vital to the student not only for the grade but for the areas of improvements as well.
