One of the best ways to make sure employees have the skills to use different controls and process is to have some custom made learning and teaching media. This will allow people to invest in cross training and improving there value to the company while ensuring proper use of controls. Once made they will also make a resource that employees can use to keep their skills at a high level of competence. This instrumentation training will make new employees quickly get up to speed on new functions and needs the company has. Saving time and cost that would normaly be spent to train personnel by more experienced employees.
