I Now Understand
As I have gotten older in life I can now understand things better than I did as a child. Once in my childhood I did not understand what the meaning of a black rose was and my mother gave me the definition and told me that one day I will understand. It is funny because now I know exactly what the meaning is. A black rose signifies wisdom, knowledge, and maturity. As a person ages in life he or she gains a level of knowledge. Just like gray hair is the crown of wisdom; A Black Rose signifies a life filled with acquired wisdom and knowledge. Mom was right when she said one day I would understand.
