Closing the School
I am so upset. I was reading the local Internet news site this afternoon, and saw an article about my daughter’s school. It said that they had held a meeting yesterday, to talk about possibly shutting it down. I do not understand why the parents did not know. The article implied that the meeting had been just a preliminary meeting to the actual proposal to shut down the school. I feel as a parent I should be involved in anything that goes on at my children’s schools. I do not want to have to hear it from an article on the Internet.
