Laptop repair is very expensive. I found it out the hard way. My laptop went out of order just after the warranty period was over. The fan unit burned out. I contacted the manufacturer’s service. Their quote was a little less than $200. I was aghast. I thought of the scenario of spending hundreds of dollars every time a laptop repair is required. I wanted to try myself. I got the spare part for less than $10 online. The laptop was opened by me and I could replace the damaged part. Now it works well. It took a long time for me to reassemble it; but I am sure next time I can do it faster. So don’t despair if your laptop breakdowns, it is often easy to repair laptop.
